There Can Be Only One – Font.

2 Jun

P.H. is not a perfectionist.  She generally hates details.  While sometimes specifics are necessary, other times they are just plain annoying.

Hence, when P.H. learned the correct way of formatting memos and letters at her new place of employment, she had to bite her tongue.  Hard.

1.  Book Antiqua

2. 11 Sizing

3. Name / Title in Bold (single spacing)

4. Full spacing in document (not left justified)

5. Date on the same line as the last line of the address

6. Via Courier (or whatever method) in full caps and bold (at top of page)

P.H. honestly believes the world might end if the memo was not completed in this way.

i can’t imagine a more awkward-looking memo design, let alone someone personally choosing this. WTF 11 font?!
