Concentration, not for everyone.

Although PH was initially excited about the Belgian joining her team, her optimism has given way to sad reality.   In a (much delayed) meeting this morning where the Director finally passed along some of PH’s work to the Belgian, PH watched as the Belgian literally sat and stared into space.  The Belgian did not actively participate in conversation, nor did she ask questions.  Later, when PH sat down to handover the roles, the Belgian continued her ‘deer in headlights’ routine.

Wait, what? You wanted me to participate?

PH wishes she was making these situations up, unfortunately, she is not.

The most frustrating thing is that the potential for good work is there, it’s just not being managed and / or completed.
