PH was recently asked to fill out a form, detailing her thoughts on the company, her supervisor, and various other things.
You will be proud to know PH was hopelessly honest in this feedback. After a nearly hour conversation with the Director of HR, PH hopes her concerns will be heard and changes will be made. While her frustrations are brutal, they are not personal attacks* on the Director. Still, she knows the Director will most likely put a hit out on PH’s life once she reads the notes. PH wishes, rather, that the Director would actually try an comprehend what PH is trying to accomplish – that is, making the department better.
Sure, PH could say ‘thank you’ and what a great experience it has been. Unfortunately, she’d be lying.
*Except for the part where PH calls out the Director on the Director’s ABHORRENT spelling and grammar.
